In the third Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association tournament, hosted by Whetstone Golf Course Tuesday, Kenton’s Britton Hensel picked up his third win by shooting 73 over 18 holes in the 16-18 age group.

Zack Hosack of Mount Gilead was third with a round of 78, while Colonel Crawford’s Noah Trease placed fourth by shooting 85.

Kameron Hall of Harding won the 13-15 age group by shooting 82, while Galion’s Jack McElligott shot 91 for fourth.

Also, the 12-and-under age group was won by Minoy Shah of Pleasant, who shot 44 for nine holes. Nathan Stewart of Cardington shot 50 to tie for fourth place.

The HOJGA’s next stop on its summer tour will be at Mount Gilead’s Pine Lakes Golf Club on Tuesday, July 14. The event was rescheduled from June 30.
