Awards were presented to Cardington-Lincoln High School’s spring athletes Thursday, June 2 at the high school. The Athletic Boosters served ice cream to those attending.

Baseball awards were made to Devin Pearl, MVP; Nate Craig, MIP; and the Pirate Award was earned by Devin Jackson and Clayton Clark. Making these awards was Nathan Strome, baseball coach.

Softball awards, presented by coach Tod Brininger, were given to Savannah Chalfant and Samantha Brininger, MVPs; Brooklyn Whitt and Dakota Crum, MIPs and the Pirate Award was given to Rylie Partlow.

Coach Todd Jolliff presented boys track awards to Josh Queener, MVP; Tyler Villela, MIP and Mike Queener received the Pirate Award

Girls track coach Corie Moore presented Alicia McElwee with the MVP Award; Jessica Shook and Lilly Grooms, MIPs and Kaitlyn Wuertz with the Pirate Award.

Athletic Point Award winners were Brooklyn Whitt, Makenna McClure, Rylie Partlow and Lilly Grooms, 12 point pins; Eli Crum and Devin Fridley, 25 point plaque; Mike Queener, Josh Queener, Devin Pearl and Jarrod Fair, 38 point plaque; and receiving the 50 point plaques were Jarrod Fair, Samantha Brininger and Destiny Williamson.

The program was conducted by Bill Clauss, athletic director. Marty Barnett is assistant athletic director.
