7:00 A.M. Executed a search warrant on County Road 169.
8:07 A.M. The complainant was stopped in traffic on Marion Road at Meadow Drive. The vehicle behind her was not able to stop and struck the rear of the complainant’s vehicle.
9:20 A.M. The complainant stopped at the police department to report an accident.
11:30 A.M. The complainant requested a well being check on a female subject in the 300 block of Douglas Street.
2:34 P.M. Complainant locked the keys in the car in the 500 block of West Marion Road.
3:45 P.M. Complainant locked the keys in the car in the 100 block of South Main Street.
3:55 P.M. Complainant locked the keys in the car on East High Street.
4:23 P.M. The Morrow County Hospital called and requested a well being check on a female subject.
4:39 P.M. While on patrol an officer noticed a male driver operating his vehicle. The officer knew that the male driver had a suspended license. The patrol officer turned his car around and attempted to stop the vehicle. The male subject pulled into the Northwood Apartments and parked his vehicle. By the time the officer was able to pull behind him the male subject had fled.
5:38 P.M. An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of West High Street on a report of alarm with garage motion.
9:22 P.M. While on patrol an officer located a white mini van parked at Mid Ohio Sanitation with no visible registration.
10:45 P.M. Complainant locked the keys in the car in the 200 block of East Cedar Street.
1:31 A.M. Two police officers reported they had 3 subjects flee from the abandoned Stahl’s building and requested assistance. One officer arrested a female subject. The other two male subjects were found and arrested.
4:30 A.M. Fire control was receiving 911 hang up calls from a South Delaware Street address. An officer checked the parking lot at the Delaware Street address and there was no one in distress.
2:16 P.M. Complainant reported she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend. The assailant fled the scene prior to our arrival.
2:55 P.M. The complainant saw a vehicle strike another vehicle then left the scene. The vehicle that left the scene was a silver full size van with black stripes down the side. It was possibly a conversion van. The driver was a white male 18-23 with a shaved head.
3:40 P.M. The complainant reported that on November 3, 2013 someone stole three teachers edition school books from inside his vehicle.
5:39 P.M. The complainant reported that her son was at her residence earlier to get her some items and when he left he took her key with him by accident. She asked that the officer make entry into her residence. The officer opened the knox box and obtained the key. The officer opened the female’s door and re-secured the key in the box.
9:47 P.M. The complainant reported that he was receiving text messages from an unknown number. He showed me the messages. I advised him to text the number back and tell them to not contact him anymore or the police would be involved. He did so and the subject text back immediately stating it was a joke.
2:32 A.M. Arrested, cited and released a male subject for O.V. I. and no front license plate.
10:40 A.M. Two officers observed a male subject leaning against a tree on H.P.M. Street and W. High Street. It appeared the male subject was winded so I stopped to check on him. I asked him if I could transport him to his home and he accepted.
10:46 A.M. A detective observed a male subject sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot off of H.M.P. Street. The detective spoke with a male subject and he was texting on his phone and was not intoxicated.
2:20 P.M. Complainant is a loss prevention officer for discount drug mart. The complainant detained a male subject for shoplifting a coloring book. The male subject was issued a summons for theft and released.
4:32 P.M. A female subject reported that someone was in the parking lot playing loud music.
9:50 P.M. M.S.C.O. contacted the station to advise a suspicious female was wlking around the 911 center.
1:51 A.M. Arrested, cited, and released a male subject for O.V.I., load exhaust, illegal plates, open container in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
7:54 A.M. Arrested and cited a male subject for O.V.I. , failure to comply, open container in a motor vehicle, and turn signal violation.
5:26 P.M. The complainant, a female subject, reported that her son left her residence Friday afternoon and has not been heard or seen from since.
1:40 A.M. Cited and released a female subject for driving under suspension and marked lanes violation.
6:27 P.M. Complainant reported a small beagle was in his wood pile in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.
8:46 P.M. Police officer assisted medic 1 and E.M.S. 9 with a female suffering from ill health.
10:58 P.M. Complainant reported someone outside her apartment. Upon arrival, an officer located a raccoon digging in her trash on her porch.
7:40 A.M. Police officer was advised of a disabled vehicle on N. Main St. and W. High Street. Upon arrival the vehicle was being chained and taking to a parking place.
10:00 A.M. Marion P.D. requested a unit attempt to contact a male subject at the East North Street.
2:30 P.M. The complainant was attempting to make a delivery at the 300 South Delaware Street. His truck slid on ice and struck a parked vehicle.
4:03 P.M. Complainant locked the car keys in the vehicle at the 500 West Marion Road.
4:40 P.M. Complainant locked the car keys in the vehicle at the 500 West MarionRoad.
9:43 A.M. The complainant was unable to get the driver’s side door in his vehicle open.
10:50 A.M. A male subject reported that there was a red car sitting in the roadway on South Main Street at East High Street. The headlights were on and there was no one around the vehicle. Shortly after I arrived the operator return with a can of gas.
10:51 A. M. The complainant locked the keys in his company owned vehicle on East Center Street.
11:14 A.M. The complainant called on February 4, 2014 and requested a well being check on a male subject. On February 5 two additional people called about the same male subject. Contact was made and the male subject was taken to the hospital.
3:27 P.M. The complainant locked the keys in the car in the 500 block of Marion Road.
