MANSFIELD – The Mansfield Symphony Chorus is looking to add new members for the 2014-2015 season. The Chorus will be featured in several performances this year, including Music of the Night: Broadway Pops with the Mansfield Symphony on September 27, Sing Out! A Choral Celebration concert on October 26th, the annual Holiday Pops concert with the Mansfield Symphony on December 13, a special collaboration of The Messiah with the Mansfield Symphony and St. Peter’s Catholic Church on December 19, and Carmina Burana with the Mansfield Symphony on March 14.

The Mansfield Symphony Chorus regularly sings a blend of sacred and secular favorites, touching on a range of classical and popular hits. The Chorus rehearses Tuesday evenings from 7-9 pm under the direction of Mansfield Symphony Chorus Director Dirk Eachus.

Any interested singer is invited to attend open auditions, which will be held from 6:30-7 pm on September 2, 9, and 16 at the First Presbyterian Church, 399 Trimble Road, Mansfield.
