3:00 A.M. Dispatch advised he received a call from a passer by claiming they thought the smelled propane at West Marion Rd and S. Delaware St. Unable to smell propane and the scene cleared without incident.
1:25 a.m. Received a call to report a domestic dispute between caller and his girlfriend and her step-father. Arrested the step-father on a charge of felony domestic violence on N. Walnut St.
2:07 a.m. Alarm was drop at the Amvets on St. Rt. 61, investigating an attempted breaking and entering in the southern part of the county and found the rear entrance had been pried open and assisted in clearing the building.
1:35 a.m. Complainant on Pine Dr. reported fraudulent use of her debit card.
10:18 a.m. An unknown caller reported a male subject hanging out of a vehicle on Main St and Center St. Could not locate anyone hanging out of a vehicle.
8:27 p.m. Complainant advised there was a sink hole at the end of his driveway on N. Vine St. after the hard down pour. Advised the street Department fixed the sink hole a few weeks back it has gotten worse. The complainant was worried someone might drive over it and make it bigger. Dispatch will contact the street department and make them aware of the situation.
12:50 p.m. Citied and released for driving under suspension and no license plate light on Marion St.
4:05 p.m. Assisted Squad #1 at Douglas St. for a fall with injury.
4:17 p.m. Complainant contacted station advised the resident located on W. Marion Rd. was yelling and screaming at her because she pulled into his driveway because she thought they were having a yard sale. The man came to the care yelling and cursing and the man pulled on her car door causing damage. He stated he was tired of people coming into his driveway thinking there is a yard sale when it’s the neighbors sign. He claims the lady was yelling and cursing at him and swung her car door open at him and he pushed it back at her. Advised the man that he might want to park his vehicle in front of the road so no one can come into his driveway and that he should have called the police. Advised the complainant that is was a he/ she said and could not prove that he did it. She wanted a document incident report for her insurance.
5:03 p.m. Certified employee reported a gas drive off.
8:21 p.m. Complainant advised that her neighbor had yelled and cussed at her children and advised she was going to let her dog attack them the next time they walked by her house on Grant St. The neighbor stated that the children always tease her dog. She admitted to yelling and cursing at the children and she was advised that it is not her place to yell at someone else kids. She was told to keep her comments to herself. Shortly after, was dispatched again to the residence because the neighbor was out screaming and yelling. The neighbor was given a citation for disorderly conduct.
10:44 p.m. Morrow Co Hospital contacted station to advise that had a combative patient. Met by the hospital staff who advised it was a patient’s family member who would not leave. They advised they had left the hospital as soon as they called the police.
12:35 a.m. Was dispatched to Lee St. in reference to a report of loud music. The resident,who advised that they had turned off the music and apologized.
12:39 a.m. Arrested on an active warrant out of Morrow County on Lee St.
1:20 a.m. The complainant reported rocks being thrown at apartment on S. Delaware St.
2:09 a.m. Reported that a rock struck and broke his apartment window on S. Delaware St.
4:10 a.m. Reported that a second rock broke another of his windows on S. Delaware St.
4:26 a.m. Reported a large rock thrown through his window and a man was arrested on charges of Criminal Damaging, Making False Alarm and Disorderly Conduct while intoxicated on S. Delaware St.
11:18 a.m. Complainant called in to report additional information to the criminal damaging complaint that took place next door on S. Delaware St. Advised the man had been over drinking prior to his arrest and after he woke up he noticed his floor was wet, food had been thrown throughout the house and the toilet had been filled with food. He did not want to pursue charges but did not want him to return to his residence.
12:10:07 p.m. Dispatch advised she received a noise complaint on N Main St. The complainant advised someone was cutting down trees. Met by the park manager who advised she had hired a tree company to come and cut and trim trees. The manager advised that they are done for the night but would be back on Monday.
09:04 a.m. The Certified attendant contacted the station in reference to a fuel drive off. A man operating a tan truck pumped $69.00 in fuel and left she believed the man was trying to pay for the fuel via credit card but the machine did not accept the payment. Made contact with the owner of the van and was advised he would go back and take care of the debt.
11:14 a.m. Responded to W. Union St on a report of domestic dispute involving a stabbing.
9:40 p.m. The complainant’s father was loading items into the back of her vehicle and she started it and rolled backwards onto her father on W. High St. He was transported to the hospital. The complainant was unsure how the vehicle rolled backwards and her father did not know anything about what happened,
11:41 p.m. Fire control staff reported that they heard what sounded like two gun shots. They said it came from the area of the Whetstone Trailer Park but was unable to locate anything.
2:00 p.m. Complainant was stopped at E Union St. and another vehicle backed up to allow a semi to make a turn and the second vehicle backed into the complainant’s vehicle.
10:18 a.m. Staff reported a theft of Fuel at Certified. They reported a female put fuel in her vehicle and then left without paying for it. Dispatch made contact with the registered owner and left a message.
2:41 p.m. Arrested on a warrant out of Morrow County on W. Marion Rd.
