Four Cardington-Lincoln High School junior girls have been selected to attend the 2016 session of Buckeye Girls State.

The girls were selected and are sponsored by Jenkins-Vaughan Auxiliary Unit 97 of the American Legion, Cardington.

Buckeye Girls State will be held June 12-18 at the University of Mount Union, Alliance.

Attending will be Nadia Kerman, daughter of Bill and Vicki Kerman; Jessica Shook, daughter of Missy and Gregg Shook; Katherine McConnell daughter of Jen and Terry McConnell and Andrea Oldham, daughter of Dana and Robert Oldham.

Buckeye Girls State committee members are Clara McClenathan, Patty McAvoy and Shirley Robinson, chairman.
