Two people were arrested on Sunday after law enforcement searched their Crestline residence.

Matthew Cobb, 31, 724 Brown St., and Cami L. Neese, 25, Upper Sandusky, were arrested after officers from the Crestline, Galion and Bucyrus Police Departments, deputies from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and detectives from the METRICH Special Investigative Units seized methamphetamine, guns, clubs, knives and cash at the home. There was also evidence of methamphetamine and heroin use.

Cobb was arrested on a Morrow County felony warrant for a probation violation along with possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs, manufacturing drugs, having weapons under disability, criminal damaging, felony tampering with evidence, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Neese was arrested on a probation violation.

Crestline Police Chief Joe Butler said the search warrant executed at the residence was the result of an ongoing investigation into complaints and tips of manufacturing illegal substances.

Crestline and Galion firefighters also assisted at the scene.
