Mt. Gilead — Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Reynoldsburg man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, his fifth lifetime OVI. Messiah Manani, 43, was arrested on Feb. 23, after being stopped from a reckless operation call on I-71 in Morrow County at approximately 12:20 a.m.
He is scheduled to appear in Morrow County Municipal Court on Feb. 25 at 9 a.m.
