The Morrow County Health Department, in coordination with Morrow County Hospital, Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Boards, Morrow County Family and Children First Council, The Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio and other community partners will be conducting a county-wide Community Health Assessment throughout the month of February.
This anonymous, confidential Community Health Assessment will be sent through the mail, targeting Morrow
County Residents only, and will contain a survey to be filled out and returned at no charge to the participant. The results of your responses will be used to determine the needs of all our residents and direct future program priorities offered by all agencies involved.
