Cardington Police Chief John L. Hinton reports that a December 9 search resulted in the recovery of stolen items from Delaware County.
The Delaware County Sheriffs’ Office and the Cardington Police Department executed a search warrant in the Village of Cardington. Hinton says during the search of the property a trailer was discovered that was confirmed stolen from Delaware County and a Ford F150 that was confirmed stolen from the City of Marion.
The matter is still under investigation by the Delaware County Sheriffs’ Office and the Cardington Police Department. Names and locations are being withheld at this time until charges are filed.
