Brownella Cottage in Galion to offer holiday tours


The Galion Historical Society is pleased to announce that Brownella Cottage will be open for tours on Saturday, December 12, and Sunday, December 20, from 5 – 8 pm. The Cottage is beautifully decorated for the holidays with nine full size trees throughout including a Dickens tree and a toy land themed tree. You will also have the opportunity to do some Christmas shopping in our museum while browsing our displays.

New is our 60th Anniversary Coin available for $10.00; as well as Dr. Mansfield’s Olentangy Legacy Books One and Two, and Marcia Yunker’s Images of Galion book.

The Cottage is located at 132 South Union Street in Galion, tours are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Any additional questions can be answered by calling the office at (419)468-9338, or email at galionhistory@gmail.com.
