Sacred Hearts Parish, located on US 42 between Cardington and Mt. Gilead, is inviting everyone to see their new facilities at a Community Open House on Thursday, December 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

On Thanksgiving Day of 2013 the Parish Church burned to the ground. Sacred Hearts praises God for His many favors, and is announcing the completion of construction of our their Church and the Monsignor Charles Foeller Parish Hall.

On Thursday, November 26 they will celebrate the Mass of Thanksgiving, Consecration, and Dedication of the new Church and Hall with M. Rev, Frederick F. Campbell, Bishop of Columbus presiding.

An Organ Concert honoring Mrs. Cheryl Jason for her 45 years of music ministry will be held at Sacred Hearts Church on Sunday, December 20 at 3:30 p.m.

“We again thank the firefighters from across the county for their aid that difficult day two years ago,” says Pastor Fr. John Bakle, S.M., “and the numerous offers of help and temporary housing from local pastors; and to all of those benefactors contributing to our new Church. Thank you for blessing us with your assistance and prayers and may these many blessings be recognized in all our lives! Happy Thanksgiving!”
