Boston, MA- (September 24, 2015) – Coverys, a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance and related services, announced a $7,550 grant by the Coverys Community Healthcare Foundation to Morrow County Hospital in Mt. Gilead, Ohio. The grant will help support the continuation of the Pathway to Change project, a five-year project designed to improve staff accountability and communication.

“This grant will directly support ongoing efforts of the Pathway to Change project which provides improved care through standardizing processes and procedures across the organization, utilizing a new incident reporting program, and implementing other beneficial steps that ensure a positive and strong culture for patients and staff,” said Kelley Shealy, Quality Risk Manager of Morrow County Hospital. “By improving communication processes, the Pathway to Change initiative has a direct impact on improving patient care.”
