Morrow County Quilting Guild is holding their Annual Quilt Show. Held at Park Avenue Elementary School. 335 Park Avenue Mount Gilead. Sale tables, silent auction, quilt raffle. Proceeds to benefit the Morrow County Veteran’s Honor Flight and hospice. Free will donation for entry. Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

55+ Lunch, noon, Selover Public Library, Chesterville. Bring a side dish to share if you can. Selover Library will provide the main dish, drinks, and utensils. Lunch will be followed by a presentation by Civil War re-enactor John Cauvel.

Oct. 19

The Mount Gilead High School Class of 1979 will hold their 40-year class reunion from 6 to 9 p.m. at the End Zone in. No reservations are necessary. The class will also have reserved seating at the Friday night football game on Oct. 18. The game starts at 7 p.m. at the high school field.
