COLUMBUS — Carlyle Smith, board member for Northmor Local Schools, was recognized on Sept. 25 at the Ohio School Boards Association’s Central Region Fall Conference.

Smith was recognized for his 30 years of dedicated board service to the Northmor community and school district.

In its 64th year, the Ohio School Boards Association leads the way to educational excellence by serving Ohio’s public school board members and the diverse districts they represent through superior service, unwavering advocacy and creative solutions.
