MOUNT GILEAD — Due to the extremely high temperatures, Mayor Mike Porter has announced that the Mount Gilead Village Swimming Pool will be open free of charge on Friday starting at 4 p.m. to close at 8 p.m., and all day Saturday, noon to 8 p.m.
The concession stand will be open at regular prices.
