The Morrow County Genealogical Society is pleased to announce the Fall programs for 2015.

Our speaker for August 22, 2015 will be Tom Neel, Director of the Ohio Genealogical Society. He will present an overhead presentation on court documents, research questions and where to find forgotten records. This will be an extensive program with time for discussion.

September 26, 2015, Carl Mumford will present a program on Antidotes and Historical facts of Tracing Your Family. Carl will share fun things he found while researching his family.

October 24, 2015, Gail Martin, Director of the Marion Historical Museum will present a program on old photos. Images, clothing, hair styles tell a time period. You are welcome to share you old photos with Gail Martin and those attending the meeting.

November 21, 2015, Phylis Miller, our local historian, will present a program about our “Morrow County Home”. Through many years of research and collecting information, she has quite a story to tell with photos of old building sand scenes from the past.

Our programs are held in the Mount Gilead Library Annex Meeting room at 2:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend the meetings.
