The Mt. Gilead Alumni will be holding their annual banquet on Saturday, October 3 at the Mt. Gilead High School on Park Ave.
Social hour will be at 4:30 pm with the meal catered by Handlebar Ranch being served at 5:30.
A short business meeting will follow followed by entertainment provided by the Mt. Gilead Cheer-leading Squad.
Price for the banquet is $20.00 and reservations need to be received by September 19.
The Alumni association is starting the second phase of the “Walk of Pride” located at the track and football stadium. The “Walk of Pride” has pavers inscribed with the names of Mt. Gilead graduates and the year of their graduation.
The price of a four line 12 by 12 brick is $100 or a three line 4 by 8 brick is $50.
The first phase of the “Walk of Pride” is completed and makes an attractive addition to the stadium.
