The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the north central Ohio area.
Thunderstorms will develop Monday afternoon into Monday night. Conditions are marginal for a few of the storms to possibly become severe. At this time the main threat appears to be locally heavy rainfall.
