Motorist cited

A man was cited for driving under suspension in the 800 block of West Marion Road.

Truck in ditch

A woman drove her truck into the ditch on South Delaware Street. There was no damage.

Assistance given

Officer and K9 partner assisted Morrow County Sheriff’s Office for a domestic violence suspect with a firearm. No drugs were found.

Complaint filed

A complaint about a resident of Cherry Street yelling obscenities and threats was taken.

Syringe found

A retail store employee on West Marion Road reported finding a syringe with liquid in it. It was disposed of after being identified as liquid Tylenol.

Arrest made

A North Main Street resident was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Narcotics

Morrow County Dispatch asked for assistance with a narcotics complaint on Ohio 19. A man was found unresponsive. Once revived, he said he had mixed drugs. The squad transported him to the hospital.

Noise in attic

A Baker Street resident reported hearing a dragging noise in the attic of an adjacent apartment. Nothing was found.

Theft report

A woman sad someone stole her daughter’s PlayStation 4 console and games. There are suspects.

Home burglary

A Lincoln Avenue resident reported her residence entered and burglarized in the past 60 days. The residence appeared disorganized and the back door that had been previously damaged did not lock. She was advised to turn in a list of missing items.

Dog rescued

A dog was hanging out of a window on South Delaware Street. The officer was able to push the animal back inside and it was not harmed.

Bike found

A West High Street resident reported a bicycle found on the property. It was turned over to the police department.

Crash reported

A two-vehicle crash occurred at East High and East Marion streets. There were no injuries.

Man found

Officers investigated a self-inflicted fatal gunshot at East High and North Main streets.
