Chesterville Heritage Days winners


It was a packed house for the Doc Chester’s Medicine Show Saturday. Lots of laughing, ad libbing and fun during the show.


CHESTERVILLE — The annual Heritage Day Festival was another success on Saturday, organizers said.

The pie auction raised $3,210.

Steve and Jane Howard won Best of Show in this year’s Car Show, with their 69 Plymouth GTX. House of Trophies for sponsored the trophies.

Parade winners:

Walkers: David Smith; Bicycles: Looker Family; Animals: Jackie Johnson Family; Float: Morrow Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation; Car, Truck, Motorcycle: Willie Bowling; Tractor: Carol Gleason; Other: Sam Ayers Historical: Willie Bowling.

Art Show winners:

Ages 3-5: Gabe Garlinger; 6-8: Broderick Thompson 9-12: Amarie Morgan; age 13-15: Thomas Gabrelcik; age 16+: Alyson Lanning; Amateur Division: Tasha Mentzer; Disney Winner Cassie Chaney.
