MOUNT GILEAD — The Morrow County History Center open house is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30.

The 2018 calendars honoring Morrow County’s physicians of the past will be for sale for the first time. The calendars cost $10 each.

In a live presentation, Dr. Nathan Tucker’s unique success story will be brought to life in a first-person portrayal.

The Historical Society will conduct guided walking tours of downtown Mount Gilead during the open house time. They will reveal the history of those familiar old brick and stone buildings and the businesses that occupied them in the last 150 years.

Donations for admission to the History Center and to join the walking tour will be accepted.
