Ohio Department of Transportation District 6 will start snow and ice duty at 3 p.m. in Morrow and Delaware Counties.

Snow is expected tonight in the Central Ohio area as the temperatures drop below freezing. Crews will patrol and salt interstates, state and US routes, ramps and bridges. A new shift of drivers will come in at 11 p.m. and work thru the night so roadways are safe and passable for the Thursday morning commute. Drivers should take it slow, especially on ramps and bridges that freeze first.
