On Jan.22, Morrow County Sheriff’s Deputy James Coulter initiated a traffic stop on US 42 and County Road 93 in Congress Township. During the traffic stop, Deputy Coulter discovered what was suspected to be a mobile meth lab.
An agent from Ohio BCI&I and the Johnsville Fire Department was contacted to neutralize the suspected meth lab. At this time the matter is still under investigation.
