Sixteen members of the Cardington FFA Chapter attended the recent national FFA convention held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

During the four day event, they toured the city and heard various speakers during the convention.

They also visited Indy Scream Park and also attended “break out games” where they were placed in groups to work together to use clues to break out of a room.

A trip to Indianapolis would not be complete without visiting the Indy 500 which they did along with kissing the bricks of the start- finish line – a tradition started by Dale Jarrett in 1996.

Chapter members also attended various sessions of the national FFA convention and they heard various speakers and celebrate achievement that they may one day hope to attain.

All who attended the National Convention had fun and learned more about being a leader not only in this organization but also in their own lives.
