Mount Gilead residents, the Crawfords, celebrating 50th anniversary


Dale and Marsha Crawford are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple was married on Sept. 10, 1966 at the Williamsport United Methodist Church by David Studer, then pastor of the church.

They are the parents of Lisa (Bill) Brisbin and Aaron (Tara) Crawford. The couple also has five grandchildren: Amber, Alexis, Taylor, Ryan and Brianna. Additionally, they have three great-grandchildren: Kaleb, Kamryn and Kyah.

Dale worked as a machinist at Perfection in Galion and later at HPM.

Marsha was a coook for the Mount Gilead Exempted Village Schools. Both are now retired and reside in Mount Gilead where they have lived for the past 50 years.

Their children would like friends and family to join them in celebrating their marriage at The Seniors on Center on Sept. 10 from 2 – 5 p.m.
